How T65 Lead Scoring Works

• 1 We pull age demographics from the U.S. Census Bureau ACS 5-Year estimates for each ZIP code (ZCTA).
• 2 The 62-64 age cohort is analyzed — approximately 1/3 of this group turns 65 each year.
• 3 Homeownership rates indicate supplemental coverage needs (homeowners = higher need).
• 4 Median household income identifies the sweet spot — $50K-$120K = most likely to buy Medicare Supplement or Advantage.
• 5 Each ZIP receives a Lead Score (1-100) and Letter Grade (A through F) based on all four factors.

Data Source: U.S. Census Bureau, American Community Survey 5-Year Estimates (2022). All data is publicly available and requires no authentication. Estimates are statistical projections based on age cohort analysis — not individual-level identification.
